I love the whimsical designs of some of these houseboats, curved roofs and round windows, interesting colors, and odd little decks and turrets. They make ordinary houses on land look, well, ordinary.

we have houseboats in Yellowknife too...unfortunately I have no photos of them. Maybe this summer...
Everything looks neat and tidy. I took some pics of houseboats at Granville Island but these are so much better I think I'll trash mine.
